Join us to relax and let go. Ease your way into Monday by taking this time to chill out on Self-Care Sunday evenings.

Mindfulness meditation teacher Gemma will gently guide you through meditations suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators. Take some time just for you to rest and restore your inner calm.

There is a building evidence base around how meditating regularly can boost wellness and relaxation, including strengthening the immune system, calming busy minds and boosting clarity and focus.

Join us for the live, real time online group gathering. No previous meditation experience is needed, simply find a space where you can tune in and relax for the hour.

Pamper Nights!

Join us for this fab fundraiser with Neal’s Yard Organic Remedies!

Face, feet, hands! Mind, body, soul! They all need some TLC join us for this relaxing treat time!

The Owl and The Coconut are teaming up with Neal’s Yard Remedies to bring you a night of self-care and pampering TLC. Join Emma and Gemma for this relaxing social event.

Emma McCormick Neal’s Yard Remedies consultant will post you out a very special pack containing all the sample sized treats you’ll need to give yourself a pamper in the live zoom meet up. At the meet up Emma will guide you through the pamper process. So you can sit back, relax and enjoy.

To enhance the relaxation vibes Gemma from The Owl and The Coconut will share simple chill out breathing techniques, meditations and creative messing about! No need to have ever meditated before or be good at art! It really is just messing about! All you’ll need is a pen and paper to hand.

Working in a small friendly, supportive group to reduce stress and increase tools for self care to improve your levels of health and happiness!

No experience of meditation or art making necessary. All you need is to find a space to sit and connect with us online and have any art materials you can to hand, even if that’s just a pen and paper.

The price of the places on our classes and courses is listed on each event. If you can afford that price great, select that ticket option. However we know through our lived experience that periods of financial hardship can happen to us all. And it is our mission to break through the barrier of finance in participating in activities that enhance our wellness. We believe health and happiness is for everyone.

Therefore we work very hard in the background to seek additional funding to help us to offer subsidised places on all of our classes and courses. Enabling us to offer half price places too, if you can afford that price great, choose that ticket option.

For those most hit by poverty we offer donation based tickets, if you need that financial support to enabled you to attend at this time click that ticket option. And select a pay a donation of whatever you can truly afford.

We are currently delighted to have secured funding from The Big Lottery, The Government and GMMHS Wellbeing Fund, to help us to offer these subsidised tickets.

We ask you to be honest and pay for your place on our classes and courses based on what you can afford at this time.
