Bee in the City 2018!
Bee in the City 2018 is coming to Levenshulme and your design can bee on it!
A giant colony of super-sized bee sculptures will be winging their way to Manchester in the summer of 2018, for one of the biggest public art exhibitions the city has ever seen.
The Bee in the City trail will be on display from July to September 2018, in various locations throughout the city. Mancunians and visitors alike, will be able to enjoy the bees, whilst taking in the buzz of the city, it’s landmarks, cultural gems and areas they may not have explored before, including Levenshulme high street!
The bees will raise significant funds for The Lord Mayor of Manchester’s charity – We Love MCR Charity – to improve the lives and opportunities of Manchester people.

Colour of Yoga
These workshops will explore the link between yoga and colour through the medium of paint. We will begin by practicing asana and pranayama, then yoga nidra and move onto painting as it relates to the specific focus of each workshop which will vary in each session. The workshops promise to be a fun exploration with various contributors. These are all donation only workshops. “Give what you can. Take what you need.” All donations kindly received are to go to ‘Reach Out to The Community’, a food and shelter charity based in Chorlton. Vegan food will be shared.

Create your own piece of mindful art to take home. Inspired by the ‘Inside the Invisible, 2002’ art work.
