Join us in our private online meeting space to relax and let go. Ease your way into Monday by taking this time to chill out on Self-Care Sunday evenings.

Mindfulness meditation teacher Gemma will gently guide you through meditations suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators. Take some time just for you to rest and restore your inner calm.. There is a building evidence base around how meditating regularly can boost wellness and relaxation, including strengthening the immune system, calming busy minds and boosting clarity and focus.

Gong Baths

A gong bath is a super-vibrational experience. Gongs are such a vibrational instrument, with tremendous, organic beauty in their sounds, often reminding us of something of our inner nature. The vibrations swim around the room, through our every cell, massaging away our tensions, our stresses, our blockages.

Northern Voice Collective is about making voice training accessible, affordable and responsive to the demands of your industry.

Perhaps you’re a teacher or your job requires public speaking, you’re an actor or voiceover artist? NVC offer two monthly Voice Workouts in Manchester. Each class will explore a different element of voice training and are designed as standalone drop-in sessions.
